Virtual Business Source Limited has acquired the Payplus payroll bureau

Virtual Business Source director Paul Marsden states “Payplus has several hundred UK and International clients and this is an exciting opportunity to add a long established and strong payroll brand to our existing outsourcing services”.

“Virtual Business Source is continuing to provide outsourcing options for all aspects of the accounting process and is backed by many years experience. Focus is now strongly moving towards online delivery and it is intended that this option will be increased within our payroll services in the coming months.”

“I appreciate that any sort of change can be a cause for concern but Payplus customers should be assured that we will be providing a high quality level of service. In the short term Payplus customers will notice no change at all as the business will remain at the same address, all contact details will remain the same and all current Payplus Limited employees will continue to process payrolls. Our payroll manager, Mrs Elaine Balls, will be basing herself at the Finchley office to assist David Clarke with all integration matters and to ensure that this will have no impact on the level of service.”
