Virtual Business Source Limited is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the Investors in People Gold Award.

In order to acheive this prestigious award Virtual Business Source has been assessed as meeting every one of the Gold Award evidence requirements.

Presenting the company with their award plaque at the Letchworth office on Wednesday 3rd February, Elaine Johnson Managing Director of　Investors in People East of England said,

IIP conducted an independent assessment during an intensive series of interviews carried out with a random selection of employees. The interviews allowed the IIP Assessors to gain an accurate picture　of the company’s policies, benefits and daily working practices.

Robert Thomson, the Investors in People Assessor, explains,　

"The distinguishing feature, noted during the Investors in People Review Assessment in December 2009, was the awareness by both senior management and staff of the leadership skills and professional competences required to achieve the high performance and quality of service to the company’s clients.

By ensuring that management and staff at all levels receive the support to gain those　 skills and competences Virtual Business Source Limited’s Learning & Development strategy meets all the evidence requirements of Investors in People Gold."
