The service is discreet and totally confidential for weekly; fortnightly and monthly payrolls; for all employees or just for your executives. The service covers the calculation of pay, including SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP and all statutory and variable deductions, through to the dispatch of payroll reports, including detailed P32s showing the payments due to HM Revenue & Customs, and security sealed payslips.

We will also carry out many of time-consuming tasks which you may find onerous such as the completion of SSP1 and SMP1 forms & maintaining holiday records, for example.

As part of our service we file all year-end returns, P45s & P46s online to HM Revenue & Customs. Our year-end process includes preparing the P35 declaration for signature, validating all input data, balancing payments due with payments made, filing online by the 19th May.

*NB. Electronic filing of returns is to become compulsory for all employers by 2009/10.

As a BACS approved payroll processing bureau, we take full responsibility for paying your employees electronically, direct into their own bank accounts. We can also send electronic payments by BACS on your behalf, for pension contributions to the pensions provider, CSA, Attachment of Earnings, Court Order payments and PAYE/NIC. This means improved cash flow and no more signing cheques or completing bank forms.
