Example Client 1
A large sales and distribution company based in the UK, the company employs three full time accounts clerks to maintain all ledgers. We visit the clients premises on a monthly basis to check the work carried out by the client, preparation of management accounts and report to the directors. The company is not yet big enough to require a full time Financial Controller and we fulfill this requirement for them.
The monthly fee for this is £300.00
Example Client 2
A UK subsidiary of a US group, we act as the complete back office for this company as they have no office address within the UK and only employ field based salesmen.
We raise all sales invoices, process and pay all supplier invoices, manage the cash flow, monitor and pay all salesmen expenses and prepare detailed management reporting to the US on a monthly basis along with processing the monthly payroll for all UK based employees.
This service saves the group company from employing a full time accounts administrator and saves the expense of having premises within the UK. This also gives assurance to the US head office that all Compliance issues are being dealt with correctly and independently.
The monthly fee for this is £800.00
Example Client 3
This client uses the full range of services offered by us. We send in a bookkeeper on a weekly basis , prepare monthly management accounts and process monthly and weekly payroll. In addition to making use of all of our services, we also provide them with regular human resource advice which includes providing them with a staff handbook which is updated throughout the year and contracts of employments for all staff members.
The monthly fee for this is £1,150.00
Example Client 4
A company based in London that recruiters a large number of temporary employees on a weekly basis. We manage the collection of timesheets from all these employees, process the weekly payroll for them and pay the employees directly into their bank accounts.
In addition to this extensive payroll service, we also raise all their sales invoices, manage their debt collection and maintain a full set of bookkeeping records, reporting to the directors on a monthly basis with detailed management reports.
The monthly fee for this is £1,800.00
